Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
This policy explains what Lyrevox collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we keep what we need to run your studio and bill you, your voices stay on your own storage volume, and we don’t sell your data or use it to train models.
What we collect
Account
Your email address, used to sign you in with one-time codes and to send service emails.
Billing
Stripe processes payments through Link, which sells the plan to you as merchant of record and collects your name, billing address and payment details to take payment and tax. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your plan status. Card details go to Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Usage
When your GPU starts and stops, how many hours you’ve used, which GPU type ran, and whether extra hours are on. We need these to enforce your allowance and bill correctly.
Desktop sign-ins
For each desktop app you approve: the device name it reports, when it signed in and was last used. Sign-in tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
Your studio content
Voice samples, voice profiles, scripts, transcripts and generated audio are stored on a storage volume that belongs to your account alone and is attached only to your own GPU. We don’t look at it except when you ask us to, when we need to investigate a report of abuse, or when the law requires it.
Technical logs
Our hosting and gateway record request details such as IP address, time and path, to keep the service secure and working. Sign-in tokens are removed from these logs.
Watermark on generated audio
Audio generated with the Chatterbox and Chatterbox Turbo engines carries Resemble AI’s Perth watermark: an inaudible signal that lets the audio be identified as AI-generated. Lyrevox keeps this watermark switched on. Audio from Qwen3-TTS and Kokoro is not watermarked.
Cookies
Lyrevox uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in:
- Sign-in cookies on lyrevox.com that keep you signed in to your account.
- A signed studio cookie, valid for 7 days, shared with app.lyrevox.com and api.lyrevox.com so the studio knows it’s you.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who processes data for us
- Supabase: database and sign-in.
- Stripe (including Link, the merchant of record): payments, tax and invoices.
- Cloudflare: hosting and network.
- RunPod: the GPU and storage volume your studio runs on.
- Resend: service emails.
- Sentry: error reports, if enabled.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
- We don’t use your voices, recordings or generated audio to train any model.
- We don’t show ads.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your studio is shut down and your storage volume is permanently deleted 14 days later, followed by your sign-in record. If your subscription ends and you don’t subscribe again, your account is deleted 14 days after the end of your last paid period, and the same applies. We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and rights
- Export your account data as JSON from your dashboard; export voices and audio from inside the studio.
- Delete your account from your dashboard at any time.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us.
Children
Lyrevox is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will email you before they take effect.
